Merchandise that appears used will not be refunded or exchanged, and all items must still have their price tags/stickers secured on. Used merchandise will be replaced only if damage is caused by manufacturing errors or defects. Stains, rips, etc. that are caused by the user are not covered by this or any warranty, implied or otherwise.
