Event Ticket Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final with no refunds or exchanges from Northeast Adventure Company, LLC. Tickets may be resold to another participant at full price or at a discounted price. Tickets cannot be resold for more than the original purchase price.

Covid-19 event cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued to the ticket holder if a 2022 event is cancelled by Northeast Adventure Company, LLC due to Covid-19 regulations. The event must be fully and officially cancelled by Northeast Adventure Company, LLC to be eligible for this refund. If the trip is allowed to take place but a ticket holder cannot attend due to any reason, the Event Ticket Refund Policy above remains in effect.

Merchandise Refund Policy
